SAGE9AI sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, completed downloads are generally final sale.

If you cannot access the files, received the wrong product, the download is corrupted, or the delivered package is materially different from the product page, email support@sage9ai.com within 7 calendar days with your purchase email, product name, purchase date, and receipt number if available. SAGE9AI will first try to fix access, replace files, or clarify delivery. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
